Anchovy pizza

Here is an easy recipe to enjoy a pizza with anchovies. Ideal for a convivial meal with the family.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

2. Peel and slice the onions. Drain the anchovies. Wash, dry and chop basil. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.

3. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the tomato sauce. Add the mozzarella, onions and anchovies. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese, black olives and basil.

4. Bake for about 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
