Ingredients
1. Trim off the broccoli florets, then cut the stems. Rinse under water.
2. Peel carrots and cut them into thin strips. Rinse and drain the bean sprouts.
3. Wash, dry and remove seeds of bell peppers and cut into strips.
4. Heat olive oil in the wok and cook all vegetables for 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, slice vertically the calamari into rings.
6. Add them to the vegetables, sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Let cook for 15 minutes. Serve hot with soy sauce.
