Oriental mussels

Follow our easy recipe and give an Oriental taste when cooking mussels.

1. Scrub and wash the mussels. Rinse and cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Peel and slice the onion. Squeeze the lemon. Thin out thyme.

2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the diced tomatoes, with the slices onion and paprika. Add the mussels, lemon juice, thyme, and 40 cl of water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Wash and dry the basil sprigs. Add salt and pepper o the mussels and mix well. Divide the mussels with their juice into 4 bowls. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
