1. Clean the mussels and clams. Put them in a pan, add the white wine, cover and cook for 10 minutes until all the shells open. Drain and set aside. Preheat the oven to 240°C (th. 8).

2. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sauté the calamari for 10 minutes on high heat with the chopped garlic. Set aside.

3. Roll out the dough on a floured surfaceSpread the tomato sauce, leaving an edge of 1 inch all around.

4. Divide the calamari, mussels and shrimps, sprinkle with grated cheese, add some basil leaves. Add the clams. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve right out of the oven.
